For the information of the public, it is hereby notified under Section 19 of the Right to Just Compensation and Relief in the Field of Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Act, 2013 (RFCTLAR & R Act, 2013) that having considered the report furnished by the District Collector under Section 15(2) of the said Act, it is hereby notified to the State Government under Section 2(1) of the said Act that the land in the following Mouja: Batriatal, Thana: Malkangiri, Tehsil: Malkangiri, District: Malkangiri is required to be acquired for a public purpose namely: New Main Railway Link Project between Jeypore-Malkangiri.
